The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you the consumer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect them. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We would advise you to print these terms & conditions of sale for your own reference, as they form part of the contract for the sale of goods between SG-S and you the consumer.

To purchase from us you must be over 18 years of age. Currently, we can only generally ship to the UK or Ireland, but special arrangements may be made to ship outside the UK or Ireland depending on the product. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the prices and terms as stated, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and payment in full. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately by email at [email protected] . Please do this before we confirm your order.

Items will be new and will have the original manufacturers full warranty unless otherwise specified.

As New
Items will be in as new condition, but may have been returned to the original manufacturer as a failed or incorrect delivery. These items will then be fully tested by the manufacturer and sold "as new" with the original manufacturers full warranty.

All prices shown generally are shown excluding and including uk VAT. When only one price is shown it is shown as an including UK VAT price. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling. If your credit card company operates in a different currency, they will convert the payment from UK pounds sterling to your local currency at their current conversion rate.

All prices and offers are subject to change, and availability. However, prices are checked regularly. Whilst every effort is made to eliminate errors in pricing, sometime errors do occur. If prices on the SG-S web site are shown higher than the actual selling price, we will make adjustments and charge the correct price to you. If prices on the SG-S web site are shown lower than the actual selling price then we will, at our discretion either, a) contact you, cancel your order and refund your money, or b) contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price, subject to not selling below our cost price.

Telephone Payments
We can only accept payments over the phone for orders up to a total value of £50.00 inc Vat.

Credit Card Security
Once you have proceeded through our checkout, you will be diverted to our protected secure online payment system with our credit card processor. Your credit card information will be held in protected SSL secure servers, and we will not have access to your full credit card details. In addition, we will not release information regarding your credit card. Your credit card details will only be used for transactions authorised by you.
Our payments are processed by Sagepay/Opay now part of Elavon Financial Sevices DAC.

We currently accept the flowing card and *PayPal. (*£200 Limit). We can also accept Bank  payments and  *Telephone payments (*up to £50).

Cooling-Off Period
By law you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of the day after the item is delivered to you apart from if you are a business or special items that has been custom made for you, this includes all Track and Poles as these are not off the shelf products and have to be made up to your specifications.

To cancel an order please e-mail us at [email protected] and inform us that you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order, and to arrange the return. If this is done within 14 days of receipt we will refund you in full excluding any packaging and postage charges, unless is is a special item that has been custom made for you. If out side the 14 day cooling off period we will refund your money less any delivery costs and handling fees which are as follows.
General items which are stock items and are not factory order 15%.
Items that have had to be special ordered from the factory 25% (and only if the factory agrees).
Custom made items such as all Complete Systems and lengths of rails can not be returned.
Providing this criteria is met the following will apply.
All we ask is that you take care of our goods, ensuring that all items are complete and are in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using a recorded delivery service.

If you do not return the goods within 21 days of cancellation we will collect the goods from you at your cost and will deduct the cost of collection from your refund, or if requested we will arrange collection of the items at your cost.

All monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 7 days from date of cancellation.

Please note: it is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and that you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning them to us, unless we delivered the goods to you in error, or if they are faulty.

Goods that are not custom made but have had to order specially from the factory for you this includes all Electrical items including all Roller, Roman and Vertical blind motors and controls are subject to a 25% handling charge and only if the factory agreed for the return.

SG-S will endeavour to dispatch any order placed before 3pm the same day unless they are special items all tracks and other items that have to come direct from the factory. In the unlikely event of us being unable to meet this deadline we will contact you via email to advise you of the revised delivery date for your order.

We aim to deliver the goods to you within the time scale indicated on our Dispatch Times and this is also shown on every Complete systems product. By placing any orders you agree to these times and that complete systems can not be cancelled once an order has been placed. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by email when your goods have been dispatched from the factory.

Should you have any problems please contact us immediately by email on [email protected]. If you do not contact us within 2 working days from the date of receipt of your goods, we will assume that your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of the expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you.
If you have not received your goods within 72 hours of dispatch you must report this to us so we can investigate. If reported to us after an unreasonable length of time, (10 days) and was sent by normal post, not signed for carrier  we can no longer be held responsible  and therefore not be able to replace the goods free of charge.   

If our couriers attempt to deliver your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, the courier will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for up to 3 working days. If the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. In this case, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs incurred by us.
Custom products which include any length of rails are none refundable unless we have not been able to deliver within the statuary 30 days due to an issue from our end.
We aim to deliver the goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. Once goods have been dispatched any delay on delivery by the carriers are beyond our control and cannot be held responsible for any costs you may incur due to this. 


You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage. Please note that images used on the SG-S web site are as accurate as possible but may differ slightly due to manufacturing or modification to the design. If you find any defects, damages or specification errors you must inform us by writing to us as soon as possible normally within 2-3 day but we will allow up to 7 days. In this case, we will arrange the return of your goods, either to us, or to the manufacturer. The warranty on all items, is RTB (Return to Base) excluding items damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost to you). If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will offer a full refund including any shipping costs, or we will repair or replace the goods at our expense, custom made systems which include all complete track systems can only be cancelled if we agree and have not be remade.

We also can not held responsible for any cost you may incur due to booking in fitters prior to receiving the goods and that they have been check for damage or missing parts.

Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this.

Business customers can call us on 0330 127 2002 / 01395 232528 to ask for trade sales. If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect) business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. All curtain tracks systems are custom made and are therefore non returnable.  If you find any defects, damages or specification errors you must inform us by writing within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.  Returns are subject to a handling fee. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of any International laws & by laws.
We can not held responsible for any shipping cost for sending or returning goods from outside of the UK.

We can not held responsible for any import duties which you may be liable for or any costs relating to goods returned or refused delivery to your country. We will cover any goods if damaged in transit by the carriers Insurance that we put on all export good, not unless you stipulate you do not require cover then any damage will not be covered by SG-S.  

For export goods that turn out to be faulty with in the guarantee period we will not cover the shipping costs to the return the good to us or the return cost back to you.

All items suspected of being damaged or faulty must be returned and tested. If no fault can be found or suspected fault replicated, then the item(s) will be returned to you at your own cost. If the goods are found to be surplus to your requirements a refund for the item will be issued and the item restocked. Please note that a 15% handling fee will be applied. We will only send replacement goods upon receipt of returned items.

We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these Terms and Conditions. Please send goods back to us using recorded delivery with insurance. We can not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit whilst being returned to us.

SG-S are aware that you, the consumer, are concerned as to what happens with personal information provided by you. We respect your privacy and treat all information as private and confidential. We will only use information supplied by you for the purpose of internal accounts, delivery of goods, and for us to keep in contact with you from time to time regarding your order progress. We may also use this information for improving our quality of service and inform you of promotional deals we are offering from time to time.
All phone calls are recorded and logged in case you have any quires with us. They are not used for any other process and are held on our phone companies system.   Voipstudio.

We do not and will not sell or release information provided by you to any other third parties, except when in connection with your orders, or in exceptional cases of debt recovery. Unless required by law.

All Trade Marks & Logos used belong to their respective owners, and we will comply, acknowledge and respect the owners wishes as and when requested.
