For within the UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland, the postage and packaging charges are as follows:
Free Delivery on all orders over £175.00 inc vat.
£3.95 - £10.75inc Vat per order, for all parts, excluding motors, and some electrical and specialist products.
£17.50 inc Vat for any order - which includes any length of track and/or motors, electrical and specialist products, and/or draw rods.
For shipping to the rest of the world, if cost is not shown for your country, please contact us regarding shipping charges.
Most parts under £100 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
All orders that include lengths of rails are shipped by Carrier and should be delivered next working day once despatched, this is not guaranteed and due to Covid19 could take 2 -3 working days but could take longer.
All these delivery times are only approximate. Please contact us if the delivery times are not acceptable and we will do our best to accommodate your delivery requirements, but we are reliant on the factory and there work load. We aim to deliver the goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by email when your goods have been despatched from our warehouse. Once goods have been despatched any delay on delivery by the carriers are beyond our control and cannot be held responsible for any costs you may incur due to this.
Should you have any problems please contact us immediately by email on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not contact us within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your goods, we will assume that your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. If we have not despatched the goods within 30 days of the expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you.
If you have not received your goods within 72 hours of despatch you must report this to us so we can investigate. If reported to us after an unreasonable length of time, (10 days) and was sent by normal post, not signed for carrier we can no longer be held responsible and therefore not be able to replace the goods free of charge.
If our couriers attempt to deliver your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, the courier will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for up to 3 working days. If the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. In this case, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs incurred by us.
EXPORT OF GOODS
We can not held responsible for any import duties which you may be liable for or any costs relating to goods returned or refused delivery to your country. We will cover any goods if damaged in transit by the carriers Insurance that we put on all export good, not unless you stipulate you do not require cover then any damage will not be covered by SG-S.
For export goods that turn out to be faulty with in the guarantee period we will not cover the shipping costs to the return the good to us or the return cost back to you.
