For within the UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland, the postage and packaging charges are as follows:
Free Delivery on all orders over £150.00 inc vat.
£3.30 - £5.50 inc Vat per order, for all parts, excluding motors, and some electrical and specialist products
£15.00 inc Vat for any order - which includes any length of track and/or motors, electrical and specialist products, and/or draw rods.
For shipping to the rest of the world, if cost is not shown for your country, please contact us regarding shipping charges.
All systems which include all uncorded and corded tracks made up or in componet form, 5100 Autoglide and 5600 Electric systems in Silver and White (not recess), Metroflat and Metropoles and all other custom made systems 3-4 working days, bay rails, bent rails 3-4 working days.
All Roller, Dim-outs, Vertical, Venetain, 6200 and 6370 corded systems, Panel Glide/Fold and all Electric systems apart from 5100 Autoglide and 5600 in Silver and White (not recess) Electric systems will take 10 working days, If fabrics for blinds are out of stock this will double the delivery time to 20 working days, 4 weeks approximate.
Wave curtains and normal made up Gliss curtains 2 - 4 weeks, this is dependand on stocks of fabrics.
Please check with us before ordering, if you require a shorter delivery time or goods supplied on a specific date.
All these delivery times are only approximate. Please contact us if the delivery times are not acceptable and we will do our best to accommodate your delivery requirements, but we are reliant on the factory and there work load.
We aim to deliver the goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We may also deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Should you have any problems please contact us immediately by email on email@example.com. If you do not contact us within 2 working days from the date of receipt of your goods, we will assume that your goods have been delivered in perfect condition. If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of the expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you.
If our couriers attempt to deliver your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, the courier will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for up to 3 working days. If the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. In this case, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs incurred by us.
